From figuring it out to feeling the fit
How Dror’s Sustainable Website reLaunch helps his clients understand his work
Solopreneur Website
Project at a glance
Dror realized that his existing one-pager failed to communicate a few important things:
- the value he brought as a leadership coach,
- what he was like to work with,
- and how to engage.
He hired me because he knew that his time was better spent coaching leaders than building websites. With his new digital home, prospects arriving on his intro calls already understand the value of his work and expertise.
What we focused on
- Strategy: Intuitive navigation and site structure to guide different types of coaching clients to the right offer
- Brand: A refresh of his visual identity to instantly communicate Dror’s personality
- Web Design: A streamlined user flow, so inquiries come in with more context, saving hours previously spent qualifying leads.
Support: Laurance Ogé (copywriting)

Before: Where we started
Have you ever sent someone to your website, crossed your fingers, and then heard… nothing?
That’s where Dror Yaron found himself. On paper, everything looked solid. He had years of experience, a clear point of view, and a premium coaching offer. But his one-page website wasn’t doing its job.
The moment that really made it impossible to ignore?
He had a potential client scrolling through his site, live-narrating her confusion. In his own words:
Nothing like watching someone get lost on your digital doorstep to wake you up.
— Dror Yaron, Leadership Coach
He also realized that his branding played a role.
With experience at Carnegie Mellon University and working with tech startups, people subconsciously put him in a box he didn’t belong in: “tech bro.”
What was important for the work he’s doing now as a coach, were his deep training and lived experiences around ethics, leadership, and humanity.
But his website failed to communicate that.
It wasn’t just “not helping.” It was actively leaking opportunities.
The Process: Strategy, Brand & Web Design
So … how does it work?
Before Dror decided to invest in a Sustainable Website Redesign, he wanted to understand how the process would work with multiple collaborators.
His copywriter was already on board, but happened to be on a long summer vacation. And he needed the website ready by September, ahead of several speaking gigs.
We talked through every step and created a custom project plan to:
- align early with the copywriter on page structure and user experience
- use the copywriter’s absence wisely by completing the brand refresh
With clarity on the process, Dror felt confident saying yes.
Strategy: Making the offers easy to understand
Before a single page was designed, we focused on structure.
In a strategy session we mapped out different site structures and navigation options and discussed the pros and cons.
What became obvious was that the offers needed simplifying.
Originally, the brief contained six different coaching offers. Too many choices. Too much mental load.
Together, we clarified and elevated his three high-ticket coaching offers:
- 1:1 Coaching for leaders in an individual setting. With options for a one-off intensive sessions, a multi-month transformative package, and a leadership assessment.
- Group coaching for individuals who want to grow in a community of peers. Currently featuring the “Grief Circle” program but with room for more formats in the future.
- Team coaching for leaders working with their teams. Available as group sessions, 1:1 session, and with an optional leadership assessment.
A free introductory coaching session is not advertised on the website, making it a gift Dror can extend to right-fit clients on or after a short discovery call.
Apart from the sleek header navigation, the homepage features an overview section making it easy for clients to self-select.
Branding: From “tech bro” to playful, loving human
Instead of a full rebrand, we did a light but intentional brand refresh with two goals:
- Subtly communicate the premium nature of Dror’s services
- Clearly express his human, ethical, and playful side
That included:
- Carefully chosen typography that feels edgy but readable
- A refined color palette adapted into dark and light themes
- Small playful details — moving cards, selected icons, custom collages — instead of stiff, square photos.
- A clear style guide so Dror could reuse everything across channels
The result?
A brand that feels approachable, confident, and unmistakably him. In the words of a past client of his:
Love the new website, it captures your approachability and gift for helping people reconnect with their values and purpose.
Website Build: Ethical, sustainable, and easy-to-manage
With strategy and branding in place, I designed and implemented the website in WordPress focusing on:
- page layouts designed to guide attention, build trust, and convert
- reusable sections to easily create new pages in the future
- no privacy-invading trackers or unnecessary cookies
- optimization for mobile, SEO, accessibility, and speed
The result is a website that doesn’t just look good — it works quietly in the background. With video training and resources for sustainable content creation, Dror can now update pages and grow his website on his own.
Results and impact: A website that helps you feel the fit
With this Sustainable Website Redesign, Dror went from an unclear one-pager to an ethical, conversion-ready website that finally felt like him.
No more:
- explaining his offers over and over
- leads politely bowing out after a free session
- wondering where to send his newsletter readers to learn more
For the first time, Dror’s online presence reflects the clarity he’s built behind the scenes. His new website:
- gives visitors a real sense of who he is,
- communicates the value of his work,
- so he saves hours qualifying leads.
Feedback from peers and potential clients confirms that difference:
“Wowwwww Dror look at this site! I love a site that has room to breathe on it.”
“It’s fresh and clear what you immense value you bring to your clients.”
“I love how clean-cut and to the point your website is”
“It captures your roles and ideas so clearly, and I found it both intriguing and inviting.”
