The Website Sprint

Get that website off your to-do list

With a professional website up and running in as little as 5 days, it’s easy for dream clients to say yes.

Still stuck on your first website?

You shouldn’t have to become a web designer just to launch your business.

You’ve got a draft, maybe even a live site. And you keep tweaking. Wondering: “Why is this so hard? Everybody else seems to make it work!”

It’s not you, it’s the DIY trap: Templates and AI make it look easy. But they leave the hardest parts to you. So you’re never quite sure it’s good enough:

  • Will visitors get what I do?
  • What makes people book the call?
  • How do I look like a real business?

Meanwhile, your dream client hires the competition.

Your web design partner

I take on the hard part, not just the build

Hi, I’m Stefanie. I started my own solo business with a single landing page, so I know it works. Your first website doesn’t need to be big. It needs to be live and clear.

A decade designing websites, apps, and shops taught me how many decisions and skills hide behind “just a simple website.” In the Website Sprint, we make those decisions together, and I turn them into your copy, your brand, and your website.

Ready to hand over the hard part?

  • Whoohoo! I have a website! (finally)

After sitting on the copy for about 8 months with a friend and AI, I decided to get some professional help. Stefanie created this beautiful site and brand identity for me. I love it (and I never thought I’d say that about a website.)

From blank page to live website in as little as 5 days

1. Book a Clarity Call

We’ll start with a 30-minute call. Bring your questions, and we’ll see if the Website Sprint is the right next step.

2. Make decisions together

The Strategy Day is the first part of our project, where your ideas meet my experience. We decide on flow, messaging, and brand direction, so the hard part is no longer yours.

3. Launch your website

I take it from there and keep you in the loop. You sign off on the site before the launch, and I’ll show you how to run it.

  • Working with Stefanie was a joy, so easy and everything was clearly laid out. I didn’t have my usual panic of “what if I click the wrong button and break the internet OR end up paying too much money for something I don’t need.”

  • Throughout the entire process, I felt well taken care of and always in the loop. My client portal showed me where things stood at any time, and every step I had to take myself, Stefanie explained with individual explainer videos.

One thing to know before we start

This is a no-revisions package. I design your website one time. I’ll fix any errors or mistakes, but design edits are not included.

It works because nothing gets designed before we’ve made the decisions together on the Strategy Day. And at this stage, going live is much more important than tweaking designs.

Two things you can count on

Your brand comes from your personality. No template look. We’ll use my Expert Identity Compass to translate you into a visual identity that you’ll love.

Yours to run, ready to grow. With my WordPress setup and training, you own your website and can run it easily. When you add pages or offers, the building blocks are already there. No retainer, no rebuild.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Website Sprint is made for solo business owners who sell their own expertise, like coaches, consultants, and creatives. It’s not the right fit if you need an online shop.

This is a no-revisions package, so you trust the decisions we make together on the Strategy Day. If you want control over every design detail, the Sprint isn’t for you.

If you’re still figuring out what you want to offer and to whom, it’s too early for a Sprint. Your offer doesn’t need to be final. It’s very likely to change, and your website will help you get that critical feedback. If your business is established and needs a larger website, the reLaunch is a better fit.

Unsure? That’s exactly what a Clarity Call is for.

For where you are now, yes. One page forces a clear message, and you don’t spend money on pages before your offer has proven itself.

It still has everything a visitor needs to decide: a hero section, a services overview, an about section, social proof, calls to action, and a contact section. Optional: a lead magnet and your social links. We finalize the exact sections on your Strategy Day.

There’s no word limit. The structure keeps the page focused, so it never turns into a wall of text.

And when your business grows, your one-pager grows into a multi-page site.

I design your website once, so design edits aren’t included. What we agree on is what gets built. That’s what keeps the price fixed and the timeline short.

Before launch, we both check the live site for typos, broken links, or anything that looks off on mobile, and I fix it. After launch, you can change text and images yourself. If you still want a design change, you can book it at my hourly rate.

Yes, each one as an add-on to your Sprint:

  • Portfolio: €1,000. A portfolio page and a layout for case studies you’ve written. I’ll add up to three.
  • Blog: €1,000. A blog archive and a layout for single posts. I’ll publish up to three blog posts for you.
  • More languages: €750 for the second language, €500 for each one after that. The layouts stay the same, and you provide the translated copy.

Of course, your training will cover these topics, so that you know how to add a case study or a blog post, or how to handle a multi-language site.

It’s your visual identity: a wordmark or lettermark (your brand name or its initials in good-looking letters), your fonts, and your color palette, plus a short guide on how to use them. I also source and license images for your website, like icons, photos, or illustrations.

And it works beyond your website, so people recognize you on your socials and in your documents, too.

You won’t get custom illustrations, a full logo suite, or unique brand patterns.

Yes and no. Any website build includes an SEO-optimized tech setup (incl. sitemap, SEO metadata with brand keywords, image alt texts, schema).

Dedicated SEO strategy, on-page and off-page optimization, or linkbuilding only make sense once you have a multi-page website and/or a blog. Once you’re at that point, your website is ready for it and I’m happy to recommend a dedicated SEO strategist.

Before we start: about 15 minutes to log in to your client portal and take the quick tour. Then send me a photo of yourself and anything that should go on your page, like client logos. Already have a website draft, AI copy, or a live site? Send that too. Everything else we cover on the Strategy Day.

During the Sprint: two calls on the Strategy Day, a few small tech tasks like setting up your domain (I’ll show you how), and one check of your live site for errors before you sign off.

On launch day: a 30-minute launch walkthrough, plus up to 60 minutes of training so you can use your site.

There are no surprise fees or maintenance contracts from my side and I don’t include any premium plugins that you’ll need to pay for (unless you require them). Since you’ll own the website, you will pay for hosting the website and domain, which is around 20€ per month.

You run your website yourself, and for the first week after launch, I’m on email for any questions.

After that, you can book me by the hour, for advice or for changes you’d rather hand over. And if you’d like someone to take care of your website for you, there’s a monthly plan for that, too. It’s optional, never required.

Yes, I only build in WordPress and for good reason: It allows you to be independent from both big platforms and developer support. The former lock you in once you want to grow, the latter make you pay for basic maintenance and every small update.

In case you’ve heard about WordPress being complicated, high-maintenance, and not secure: That’s actually a big myth. It’s not about WordPress. It’s always about who built the site and whether they have a good setup.
